Find out how they are.
Care about them. Take care of my relationships. Check in.
Make sure to get some movement every day.
Do something that feeds my body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit.
Find out what I like (no matter how small) and give myself those joys.
Laugh. A lot.
Play.
Entertain myself creatively without the phone/internet/computer.
Create something.
Treat everything with love and respect.
Remember ‘Unconditional Love’ and practice giving myself unconditional love.
Move myself in different ways.
Try out different textures.
Go to the ocean.
